Back strengthening exercises: easy but effective!

I carry two titan bars in my back and seven titan screws to stabilize my  extreme scoliosis. And Tanja had a disc slipped for the second time lately. So back problems are something that are naturally part of our day to day life. To control the pain respectively to prevent it we constantly have to take care of our back. Which goes for the majority of all Germans unfortunately! Therefore you will find a few simple home back strengthening back exercises here for you to live pain free!

Playground workout

The moms among you know that dilemma: there is almost no time left for oneself not to mention time to work out. But I discovered a great gym: the playground. It’s great because I am often there with my kids anyway and it’s for free. Of course I don’t have a planned through playground workout but I am geting out of breath and then I feel great afterwards. Just because I got some exercise for my body. Unfortunately we don’t get a bikini body by digging in a sandbox!

Skiing in the summer – where there’s always winter

As many of you know we love to try out new things as a family.  And this time we experienced something really crazy – skiing in the summer! But not on a glacier. We just had to travel for two hours from Berlin to reach the skiing hall Hamburg-Wittenburg. Let me tell you how it was to ski down the slopes when we had 30 degrees Celsius outside and what Felix Neureuther has in common with us.

After I could show the wonderful and extremely sympathetic German tv host Annett Möller a home workout how to strengthen her upper body, arms, back and abs it’s all about legs and booty today. Skiing is one of these sports that need a lot of effort. But I don’t want to miss one hour on the boards. I learned skiing properly fairly late fifteen years ago when I was beginning of my 30ies. Today I ski any slope, be it blue, red or black, mogul slopes or deep powder snow and can recommend skiing to anone. Let me tell you why!

Firm butt-the ultimate home exercises!

To have a firm butt is currently pretty hyped which actually has a legitimate reason! The big gluteal muscle is he biggest muscle of our skeletal muscles and crucial for man upright walk. To walk, stand, stretch, take stairs and jump is only possible unstressed if our”Musculus gluteus” is well defined. In addition it makes us a looker in pants and skirts. Fascia training for fitness, posture and shape!

Fascia training (Faszientraining ) was until recently something I hadn’t heard of . I plays concentrated on my muscles when I worked out. But fascias are equally as important to be fit and have a good shape. They stabilize our whole body and enwrap our muscles and organs. Fascias are like a huge network within our body that we should take god care of. I will show you how!
